RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange any unworn article returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging claimed within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in a new condition.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- note that the product color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting, therefore products are not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.
- Please note that any additional fabric or embellishments used during photography will not be provided unless specified in the product description.
- The pickup and delivery process would take up to 2 weeks, in case of replacement.
- An exchange will only occur in the situation that we have sent the defective item, and only if the purchased good is unused and undamaged by the customer.
